Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Pasalify pvt. ltd. for using Creator Inbox. By signing up you accept them.
The service
Creator Inbox lets you connect Instagram and Facebook accounts you manage, read and answer messages and comments in one inbox, and set up automated replies. Features depend on what Meta’s APIs allow, which can change.
Your account
You must be at least 16, give a working email address, and keep access to it secure. You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage, and you are responsible for what is sent from your workspace.
Acceptable use
- Follow Instagram’s and Facebook’s terms and community standards, and Meta’s Platform Terms.
- No spam, no unsolicited bulk messages, and no misleading or harmful content.
- Only collect fans’ personal details with their knowledge, and use them lawfully.
- Do not try to break, overload, or get around the limits or security of the service.
We may pause automations or suspend accounts that break these rules or put Meta accounts at risk.
Your content
You keep all rights to your messages, automations and data. You let us store and process them only to run the service for you. See the privacy policy.
Plans and payment
Paid plans, when offered, are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time; cancelling stops future charges.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Creator Inbox and delete your data at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice, or right away for serious breaches of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it is uninterrupted, or that Meta will deliver every message. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes and law
We will give notice before material changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
