Deleting your data

You can remove your data from Creator Inbox in any of these ways:

1. Disconnect an account: in Creator Inbox, open Channels and click Disconnect. Its access token is deleted at once, and its messages, comments and fan data within 30 days.
2. Through Facebook: in Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, remove Creator Inbox, and choose to send a data deletion request. We delete everything linked to your Facebook account right away and give you a confirmation code to check here.
3. By email: write to support@pasalify.com from the address you signed up with, and we delete your account and all of its data within 30 days.
